Hi, I’m Cathy
I’m a mom to a twice-exceptional, deeply feeling kid, a long-time educational publishing professional, and someone who has spent years navigating endometriosis, medical systems, and school systems—all while trying to create a safe, calm, curious home.
I know what it’s like to be the one who’s always reading, researching, emailing, advocating, and lying awake at 2am wondering, “Am I missing something? Is this my fault? How do I help without burning out?”
I created MOM& because parents of differently wired kids deserve support too—support that is practical, compassionate, and rooted in both brain science and lived experience.

A: I offer parent coaching, not therapy or medical care. Coaching focuses on practical tools, routines, scripts, and advocacy strategies. I’m happy to complement any therapy, OT, or other supports you already have in place.

A: Yes. Many families find it helpful to have both parents / caregivers involved, even if one is mostly listening.

A: No. Many families come to me when they suspect autism, ADHD, 2e, or anxiety but don’t have clear answers yet. If traditional parenting tools aren’t working for you, this is the perfect place to start.

A: All sessions are online, so you can join from anywhere with a quiet-ish spot and a cup of tea. It is best to find a place where you can have some privacy, so you can speak openly and freely.
